by El Demento

  • Record/Vinyl

Limited Edition superior quality lathe-cut picture disc showing "KTK" design by street artist antinuke_281 (known as the "Japanese Banksy"). El Demento's somber (mostly acoustic) playing lends itself to a version of Lord's of The New Church's "Open Your Eyes", a Reagan-era cautionary tale that resonates in today's context. The flip side is an updated version of a Cohen-esque El Demento original. The pre-order price includes a donation to one of four recipients (ACLU, PP, SPLC, NAACP). If you care to make a larger donation, anything paid above the asking price will also be donated to the organization you select.
